Låt degen jäsa i kylskåp över natten. Täck degbunken med plastfolie.&lt;br /&gt;Nästa morgon: Stjälp upp degen på rikligt mjölat bakbord.&lt;br /&gt;Strö mjöl över degen. Skär degen i 6 avlånga bitar - vrid varje bit ett par varv och lägg bitarna försiktigt på bakplåtspapper på plåtar. Skala av det gula ytskiktet m potatisskalare och skär skalet i tunna strimlor. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Dela frukterna och skär dem i tunna skivor. Lägg skal och fruktkött i en rymlig kastrull.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tillsätt &lt;span style="color:#ff9900;"&gt;4 dl vatten&lt;/span&gt;.
